I ran the Matthews Labor Day 5k this morning in 19:32, which was good enough for 9th overall and second in my age group. Susi got third overall female, and Jeri got first in her age group (second in masters) with a personal record. Congrats, ladies! John Marotta (who was at Buffalo with Mark and me) finished a step

congratulations! that's really fast for someone who's about to be as old as you're about to be. we went to the running store today, and I got a pair of pink nikes that don't hurt my feet or cramp my toes.

Yeh he really is too old for that. Should be shopping for well fitting diapers and high-waisted pants like me.
