Legal Issues (part two)

I composed a letter and emailed it to a contact in HR. I think I remained fairly professional, although it was hard to do with the frustration I experienced. I sent the email out last night, after acquiring the contact in the HR department. I'm not sure if she's the head of HR or not, though. These kinds of administrative mishaps happen all the time in life.
This may be your first time navigating through the land of human errors. Surely you dealt with this within the college administration?

Just wait to you deal with banks, credit card companies, medical insurance companies, mortage companies, credit reports, hospital accounting departments, etc. etc.

It sounds like you did a great job of correcting it. Don't take it personally; it's just your turn!

After I've straightened out major messes, I wonder, how do English-as-a-second-language citizens navigate through these situations?
