I don't know how much more stress I can take. The landlord at the apartment I'm moving to didn't cash my check for rent right away, and the check ended up being returned because there weren't enough funds in the account when she did bring it to the bank. I feel desparate. I have been too stressed to eat, I can't focus on anything, and dying in

Email received. Sorry to have worried you. It's like you said, I've just had trouble dwelling too much on the negative things that have been going on around me lately. I'm feeling a little bit less distraught this afternoon, so hopefully I'll manage okay through the rest of this terrible month.

Tom, I know it's overwhelming, but, as far as I can tell, everyone I know who's just out of school (with a degree or otherwise) struggles a lot when they can't rely on their parents for financial support. It's really fucking difficult, and that's ok, because you have friends to help you out. I don't know why, but it can be a lot easier to destroy yourself trying to handle everything all at once than it is to admit a little volnerability in order to ask for assistance. We're here for you, though. Hell, I need a 4th roommate, if you feel any desire to live in Vermont until you find a new place in Boston :)

yeah, I know things will be okay eventually. I just got way bogged down with all the negative things that have been happening to me this month. Here's hoping things will improve soon.
