So what's the deal now? Are you guys actually being friends now? Anyway, your poems are good. I think you should just work work work and save money, work on your poems, and maintain your independence.

am waiting on the job that will finally allow me to save some money. you know, like a grown-up. am violently defending my independence, however, so looks like lauren's gonna have to take out some massive loans for next year. woo for living in the red... i don't know that we're doing the friends thing. she's started calling me again, and trying to get me to call her. i refuse to. she's moving back to ottawa for the summer, and talking about how we'll hang out. i say probably not. so, i don't know what's going on in her head, but i've been pretty clear about what's happening in mine, so... i am in the clear, and don't have to worry about giving off wrong impressions. i told nick and lisa about how sasha's been hinting at asking if she can stay with me for the summer, and they both looked at me like i'd grown another 4 heads and laughed their asses off. i love them for that. looks like sash will be living with her folks. hee. maybe that will finally force her to grow up...
