Why do people insist on calling me Chris when I answer the phone? Everytime I've answered the phone today, and said "this is Clare speaking" I get a "Hi Chris". This happened all the time at Canada Pharmacy too

I used to get called Aretha. Granted it does sound more like Aleisha than Chris sounds like Clare, but I am no big singing black woman! lol

....I thought people were calling me the girl form of Chris (short for Christine and the like), now I have to worry about people messing up my name and my gender.......I feel more bitterness coming on!
