[Anyways Seifer's just, hanging over the side of the boat again. Not puking but holy crap does he feel terrible. In fact he looks like crap too. You can laugh at him if you want, he feels too horrible to go about kicking asses right now unless it's life or death so everyone's relatively safe fff.]

{Ace was leaving Den to just hanging around waiting for that Seacat. He was pretty sure it wasn't coming back after a beating like that. Even if it did, they'd be ready for it. Maybe Seifer could get a shot it this time around.

He spotted the man, draped pathetically over the rail and wandered on over. He was formulating some sort of remark like "nice work..." or "thanks for the back up" or even just a "so what'd you think of him?" But his words wouldn't be said.

You see, Ace's foot hit a patch of particularly slippy wood. It was because of his grace and dexterity that he didn't end up on his ass. Instead, he slid, still standing on his feet and doing his best to stay that way. Of course he didn't realize until it was too late that he was careening for a crash-coarse with the sick blond. Yeah, those insults were lost in the OHSHIGOTTOSTOP! sort of panic.

To his dismay, it failed. No amount of quick thinking could have saved him from bowling the poor man over.}

[Normally Seifer would have seen it coming. Normally. You know when he wasn't slightly feverish, feeling nauseous enough to cripple a horse and hating on himself for screwing up ten different ways this past week, this fight just the latest of them. So no, he didn't see Ace. And yeah... he went down like the most pathetic sack of potatoes you've ever seen.

If he hadn't thrown up earlier he'd be spewing chunks all over Ace, as it was he almost did anyways. Only some serious self-control kept it all down. As it was he just... had to sort of lie there for a moment and be glad he'd set his gunblade aside before Ace knocked him over or he at least would probably be missing a limb or two.]

[He shoved Ace, but it was pretty weak before he just flopped back onto the deck. Shit... he felt like crap.]

{Well, the unpleasant sound of one body colliding with another no doubt caught some attention, or if not that then the noise uttered from the startled pirate. Down the two went in a flurry of limbs and coat, landing haphazardly on the deck.

Ace slowly picked himself up, groaning softly and lifting a hand to fix his hat. He found himself staring down at the sickly Knight and smiled somewhat sheepishly at first. Of course a wicked sort of smirk twisted his lips and he managed to utter a "Hey there~" somewhat seductively before the other began to grumble at him.

Yeah, this was entirely too embarrassing for both of them. He started to remove himself from the other when Seifer decided to give him a shove. Pathetic as it was he just fell over onto his side anyway. He couldn't help but chuckle a little at the whole situation though.

He carefully got to his feet and offered the other a hand up.}

Yeah yeah, you'll have your chance when you can see straight without wanting to hurl.

{Ace just turned toward the country and gave him a proud grin. He shot him a thumbs up too, with his thumb still glowing and on fire.}

Oh. {Well, there goes his smile. He thought they were pretty damn impressive. He searched the water a bit, not really sure where the creature landed. But after a beating like that it probably wouldn't be back anytime soon.}
