H-How does this work? [There is a shuffling sound as the communicator is turned over every which way] I heard it make a noise, so.... I wonder if it works like a Den-Den Mushi... but it doesn't look anything like one. [He gives off a heavy, defeated sigh

I-I'm not sure... I don't see any-ah! I, I found one! Um, Horton... Lane?

We're stuck in some ludicrous world. Just be careful, you won't be able to fight at the moment got it?
Horton... Alright, I'll be there.

[He stares down confusedly at the communicator clutched between his hooves] Another world? So, this isn't even the Grand Line? What exactly is this place? A-and why can't I fight? [Fighting down the swell of confusion, he takes a shuddering breath to try to calm his nerves]

[She had a damp cloth covering her nose and mouth preventing the minimum of ashes entering her lungs. She kept her shades on taking her time walking. She carried another one on her hand. Once they both came to the road of Horton, Kureha came to a halt. Gently she tilts her specs up as she scans the distance. Sadly, her eyes weren't granted to watch a distance. She quietly tilt her specs down again. Maybe with luck the reindeer will be running to them. Her voice muffles as she talks with the cloth.]
He's somewhere on this road.

And so lo and behold, he tags along. He's too stubborn to cover his face, but it's not like it can do too much to him anyway with his chip removed. He keeps his eyes scanned for any creatures that might be in the area and for the little reindeer, but doesn't say a word and generally doesn't intend to do much more than serve as a body guard of sorts.]

Doctorine? Where are you now? Should I... do something? [He considered calling out to her, but he didn't think his lungs would allow it, and he'd rather not risk making his own condition even worse.]
[He fought back the tears threatening to spill forth once again, hunching over in order to sniffle a few times. It had seemed like ages since he had last left Drum Island. Since he had left the only other person -aside from Dr. Hiluluk- that he had ever really cared for. Doctorine had done so much for him back then ( ... )

Let's go. [Resting one hand on her hip, Kureha strolls down Horton. Eventually Chopper would hear the sound of her heels echoing. There she already can recognize a figure sitting, the plush-like reindeer.]
