Just because i have promised). St.Peterburg looks much better than Moscow. Sun, snow and much more cleaner then in M. But again this strange feeling... May be i just wnt to stay at home. Or may be that's my difficulties with this city. Like much more obigations than i can accept.

If I may - you try to omit some words, which is usually not possible in English. There should be a "подлежащее" and "сказуемое", and they cannot be omitted.
But otherwise your English is good! Just needs a bit of practice :)
