I listened to this while trying really hard not to think about Plans. After a few times, I think it sounds like Transatlanticism meets We Have The Facts. Also, I thought Gibbard sounded like he had been taking voice lessons from Colin Meloy.

This song sounds awful. None of this sounds like Death Cab - a band I usually like - and the first 5 minutes would've worked better as a 30 second intro. Worse is when the vocals come in because they sound fucking atrocious.
