So, we're in Baltimore now, just finished the viewing (dead people, yay! Ugh), and our sitter has gotten out of Dodge. Our cats are at a downtown pet hotel that opened its doors, and the dog is with my sitter's cousin, who we know and trust. So, despite there being a voluntary evacuation in our city, we feel as good as we can about things. The fire

Glad to hear that everything is safe and sound back in CV. When I heard about the evacs, I looked at a map and was pretty sure your part of town wasn't in imminent danger, but it's good to hear it first hand.
