Secret Confession: for a long time, I have not liked hot chocolate. I thought of hot chocolate as Swiss Miss mixed with water, with some sad little marshmallows on top, and when you get to the bottom, there is this too-sweet syrupy grossness.

I love William Sonoma, I could get in trouble if I bought everything that looks neat or tasty. I watched a chef make homemade marshmallows and package them with the makings for real hot chocolate as a holiday gift last year and have yearned to do the same since but not put that into action. Mayhap I will now. I enjoy mint and chocolate together.

did you get the handmade marshmallows that they sell? I ate packages of them by themselves last Christmas!

Hmm. I've never been one for marshmallows, but maybe it's just 'cause I wasn't eating the HANDMADE GOURMET ones.
