You should try these Kashi Hot Pocket-like things. I have eaten one for lunch every day this week. They are delicious (and they don't even have CHEESE in them! That's some strong magic), and they are relatively healthy, I think, and they have actual vegetables in them ( Read more... )

Yes, we were planning on putting down hardwoods anyway. But we are going to treat the concrete with some stuff to ensure that the smell is truly gone.

I found a really cool vintage mirror there today, and a refinishable/disinfectable dresser. It's kind of like a flea market!!

hooray re: house! (also re: kashi products, which i love as well.) our place was truly gross when daniel got it last winter as well (used douches in the closets? wtf people?) but once we cleaned it up, at least we knew it was CLEAN.

There is a comforter kind of embedded in the dirt in our yard. How does a comforter get in the yard? I don't get that.
