Marvelous

Sunday dinner was divine, as expected. Plenty of mashed potato and gravy.

Also, I appear to have gained my first friend here on this online- journal- web- blog- type- thing (thank you as always, BBC); a fine example of an English rose. Make me proud!

A. Kirkland.

Well thank you, well, as well as one can be what with this recession that your brother has gone and dragged us all into.
Are you eating well?

[Because it's hard to shake off being a concerned parent. Even if he sucks at it. lolololol]

This place is so big and confusing! It's nice to see a familiar face.

I have wine! Would you like some?

Ah well *ego stroked* I'm pleased that you like my home.

As to wine, well, you should have said sooner. Please have a seat. I'll grab the corkscrew.

Did you hear? Hungary and Austria are also here.

Ah. I always liked Austria. A refined sort of chap, and his wife was lovely if I recall when she wasn't beating people up with her pan.

Um. Yes, I concur.
A very solid couple. until you decided to take Hungary and keep her on your side if the iron curtain.
Very... lucky.
