Talking of being battered, look at Shah Rukh Khan today. I read in one of Nari Hira’s magazine about how SRK is the most hated man in the industry. My question is, who isn’t? They all hate each other when envy turns to jealousy. Watch this story in the repeat episode on Weekend Planet Bollywood on Zoom. One star has cheekily called him a DOG. Another star has hinted at him spreading false rumours about his movie collections. Well guys take all the potshots you want at him. Whatever I know of SRK he is biding his time. And when he is ready with Rab Ne Banadi Jodi and decides to rake up a media blitzkrieg he will beat all these media savvy stars hollow. If he is lying low and quiet, he perhaps has his reasons. When he strikes he will make sure it will be everybody’s bolti and bakwas bandh.

Naturally the people of the week this time are Ganpati Bhakts who my son Zeek fondly calls Ganni Papa. Shonali and Roop Kumar Rathod had a unique way to celebrate the festival. All those who came for darshan were treated with a mind blowing classical concert and some great south Indian prasadam.
BJP honcho Piyush Goel’s house too saw some some impressive bhakts. The shoes outside the house were all Guccis and Jimmy Choos.
Shonali and Shravan Shroff who hosted a very classy and exclusive party for Shonali’s birthday. Even the invite was tasteful, just like the dress code for the evening.
