I'd imagine you want to know because knowledge is the ultimate power, in my eyes anyway. There will be years when your physical state will degrade, however, with enough effort you can keep your mind in good condition ( ... )

Interesting.

The friends / organs thing is odd. Until I read this I didn't realise that I do that too. I don't want to go into detail about it here because I don't think I have the skills to communicate it properly. We'll discuss it in real life though as I won't make so much of a spack of myself.

Also, I tried to add you back but it said:

I don't know what that means but I'll keep trying. If it doesn't work I'll email the lj monkey worker crew tomorrow.

Finally, this post really doesn't make you seem angsty. Check out the rest of livejournal and then you'll see angst.

i know what to mean a lot here Ralph... i have some very similar thoughts, one example is like what we were talking about in shivs room the otherday with the wonderig about jumping into cars thing, what would it be like etc?

everyone has stages where they question everything... i do PRACTICALLY all of the time hehe. so if you need to talk some of these things over it might be interesting to talk to you about sometime, as i know where your coming from.

I think it's a good thing that you see people as people. I'm all too aware that people are basic biological robots, all organs and chemicals. I think that's why I find it easy to pick apart people's thoughts and things, I look at things too objectively. That takes a wierd turn with things like my nan - I know she'll die in a month or so and I don't feel sad. Yet I once cried - real, proper crying - at an episode of Fresh Prince. =D

I can relate with the music/emotion question too. One track that always, always has me in tears is 'Aren't We All Running?' by 65daysofstatic. I think that since we think about stuff while listening to music, we subconsciously attatch certain thoughts and events to certain songs. So them each part of that song will represent a different feeling about that thought.

Lastly:
Why is it, that even those who believe there is nothing after death, are happy to live their life to no real extent.Because those are usually the same people who believe that there is no point to life. I also believe this, but I take a ( ... )
