the truth is, probably nobody notices that my earrings don't match, or that my socks don't match, or that my sneakers don't match!!!
the only people who ever notice and make comment about it are the kids that I teach--and of course, the kids that I teach just accept that I do it because I'm one of the crazy circus-people. :>
