Update on Taran's Sleep

I KNOW, I know, I know that everyone says solids don't make a difference but I saw a marked change in both kids' sleep once we started cereal. Not that we started them on solids FOR this reason...just a bonus once we did.

Well - here's hoping then! I am sure Taran will scarf down solids (Logan wasn't too fussed with them at first so it didn't make any difference to him).

Some people like doing the dream feed but others say they make no difference at all. I once read (no idea where, sorry) someone say she dislikes them because it's sort of teaching the baby to eat when s/he isn't hungry, which I thought was really interesting.

I've done it several times to varying degrees of success - some great, some where she was too tired to eat, some where she was then up screaming for an hour after that...

Thanks Mer - I tried it iriginally when he was much younger and found at the time he just began waking every 2 hours from that point of the night instead of later, but I am getting quite sleep deprived so I was willing to give it anothre shot.

Last night he woke at 9:30pm needing nursed to go back down, so again not a dream feed per say.
