ive never felt so alone, why?

so my phone is really really fucked up. it constantly turns off and wont even let me finish a phone call. i made sure and wrote down everyones phone number but it took forever and took up an entire page front and back. i went to the sprint store to see if they would fix it but my phone was out of warentee considering the fact that its 5 years old.
