If it's the version I'm thinking (we didn't get the dvd edition of The Circle in Italy so I wouldn't know), it was published as a b-side in the single for Lost Highway. As far as I know they didn't release it anywhere else, on cd at least.

Yes, we did get the DVD version in Italy (I'm from Italy, too!). I bought it yesterday in MediaWorld :-)

when Lost Highway was released Bon Jovi did a concert that aired on MTv, VH1, and CMT. Their version of Halleluja is from that show.
