Buying books online

I bought a book online a while ago on ebay.  For the price, I really should not complain.  The book described should have been wrapped an sealed in plastic.  When I opened the box, the plastic wrap was pretty much torn and broken leaving part of the spine exposed.  On that side of the book was a blotch that looked like some kind of dried liquidy

Did you check their feedback before you ordered? If you don't get a refund for that second book, definitely leave a negative feedback.

Yeah. I always check the feedback before ordering. This seller had a really high rating, so I'm wondering what's going on. Then again, the seller's rating did decrease slightly over the past few months.
