I havent worked there over a year so I dunno if I can apply for unemployment :(

It doesn't matter how long you've worked there. Each of your jobs pays into an unemployment benifit for you, so your previous employers before this one have paid into it as well. Since you left of your own will though, you will have to state your case for leaving and why and by what I've read you definatley have a good case. Make the bitch pay...

good for you! that job sounded like a total nightmare. it's one thing to live in a small town where everyone knows your business, but for her to always act ENTITLED to know your business, just because you worked there, that was so out of line. on to better things! :D
