In the book there's this whole description of how after a while the torture becomes so painful that the pain tips over into a kind of sexual pleasure.
So, Le Chiffre keeps beating Bond's naked genitals, and eventually Bond finds it arousing to the point where he can't help coming all over himself.
Bonus points if Le Chiffre finds it a turn on and wanks himself off while he continues to torture Bond.
Super triple golden points if Bond cries when he comes because he is so humiliated.
