Tipping the scales...?

Making new friends? Awesome.

Settling into a good working/living routine? Great.

Feeling like you're losing grip and can never make as much time as you want with old friends who mean more to you than the air you breathe? Not so cool :/

Ah perfection, the unattainable dream....

musing, random, life

Ah well, it's not like you will be in Japan forever. Enjoy the experience to the fullest. Your friends will still be there when you get back.

Maybe not forever, but I don't exactly plan on going back, either. There is no 'back' for me, only forward. And it's not just friends at home, which this post is about too, but online friends, like Kit and people like you and I don't get as much time to talk with and LJ stalk and the like ~_^ It's nice having a new social life here, but I miss spending hours and hours RPing and writing and doing LJ stuff and the like.

Well, perhaps when things settle down more you can devote a little more time to writing...but I think it is always better to enjoy real life than to spend so much time in front of the computer! Of course I am a bored middle aged housewife, so I have an excuse. ;p

As with all good friendships, the space and time in between will vanish and it will be like you never parted ways in the first place. <3

*Hugs you very close* T'will be fine in the end, love. The distance and time will fade and all that will remain is the friendship and love.
