I don't remember the exact wording, but yes. We were at Melanie Blau's club at Rumors in Hayward (which, strangely enough, in now called the "Funky Monkey" and is longer a gay bar) out on the back patio. Glenn had been seeing you for some time (and we'd all been talking on LJ for quite some time) but it was the first time I'd seen you face to face. I, for some reason, brought up the story we'd all been laughing about online about some town (in Japan?) having to clean up a dead whale that fell off a truck...the memory is fuzzy! Anyway, the conversation had, of course, degraded to the discussion of the size of a whale's dong. *DING* I remember! It's 5 feet! Which is the same as your height (mine too actually)! So of course, logically, you're a whale dong! I believe you had made the comment first, but it wasn't as funny when I said it...
