Well, yesterday was. [There's a brief pause as she tries to think of a descriptive that's diplomatic enough. Her tone has a small edge of amusement to it when she speaks up again.] ...Interesting. I haven't seen such a curious type of mental decline in such large volume of mostly reasonable people before.
