[Mutters wryly:] Well, Hodgins would be ecstatic over this one if he was here, at least. Those critters are everywhere.

The Ten Plagues of Egypt were caused by changes in the natural environment. Not a mythical, supernatural being called God.

I've provided an attachment of possible scientific explanations for those whom are interested. )

[lmao just. totally missing the point...] So does not eating meat really make you slimmer?

[lol, brennan is confused.] ...Nno. Physical fitness is a combined result of a balanced diet and a steady exercise routine. Leaving meat out of your diet has certain health benefits, as well as moral ones, but it doesn't magically make you slim.

Okay.

[There's a pause.] Is that a magazine? I don't think I've heard of it.

Are you from Africa? [Gasp! Followed by a softer voice:] Are you an alien?

Reply

Wh-- what? [Utterly confused, now.] No, I am not from Africa, I'm from Washington D.C. An alien? If you mean an extraterrestrial life-form or an immigrant, I am not either. Why would you ask such unrelated questions?

You can't not know about Cosmo, that's like the Bible for girls, only real.

Is it one of those so-called lifestyle magazines intended for girls and young women? Clearly its writers are not particularly knowledgeable about proper dietary regimes if they claim not eating meat makes you slim.

[Absorbing... Absorbing... Failing.] What does that even mean?

[Stunned silence.] ...Which part? I thought I was being fairly concise.

[There's a resigned sigh.] I'm not certain. I think we should just forget we tried to have this conversation.
