Uhhhh!! I am seriously not having a good day at work today. The boss keeps calling and bugging me about stuff I don't know. I hate when I don't know the answer to a question that I should know the answer to. He just asked me a question (over the phone) about one of the air conditioning units, and I didn't know the answer. What kind of stuff do you have to know about these air conditioners? Could you make cards and put all the info on them? Did I just sound like an idiot saying that?

I'm really expected to know, or be familiar with, everything. I just feel like I'm so in over my head with this stuff. I mean, I didn't know the first thing about ACs when he hired me, and he knew that.
The question he asked me was about the back of the AC unit, and how it's connected to the outsdie air.
Maybe I should make some type of flash cards and weird ways to remember stuff...like when we studied for psyc together :)
