New journal, but I've been on LJ since 2001. I don't update as often as I used to, but I keep up with my friends list. I'm very selective about who I add because after being on here so long I know what I want and don't want in an LJ friend ( Read more... )

Hi there. I would like to give a go at building up a friendship on here with you. I like your words on friending and agree with you like the fact if someone likes you, they'll find something to say and I also love comment sessions in a chat way as you do. You seem to be connected to lj interaction and making real connections which is me as well.

I'm 42 but young for my years. I'm from the UK, in a long distance relationship with a guy in the USA and childfree. I have social anxiety as well but don't post enough about it directly as much as I want to but I love to find others I feel at ease with and share common ground with. If you feel we might get on ok, fire me an add :)

I too landed here by chance via a friend's site. Might have been kaishin108's journal. I love the name - a nod to teh French and i am a bit of a Francophile anyway. I shall add you if that is okay.
