That is absolutely horrible! How is he doing? Will he be ok? (mentally and physically)
From a news point of view, calling the act a hate crime before it was proved to be so in court could be considered libel. That said, Fox news is not an unbiased news source and seems to lean far to the right. It is possible to for Fox to report the facts of a story (four white guys vs one black guy, calling him a nigger)without being libelous. In fact, it is their responsibility to report both sides of the story from your roommate and the four white assholes. It is revolting that they would leave out your room mate's side of the story.

He is healing up fine. He seems to be ok mentally. I understand the position of the press...the whole thing was revolting though. How have you been? We have to be sure to keep in touch with preggers because she feel lonely.
