Last night I got 1st place at poker out of 33 players!!!! Yep, it was amazing. Poker is so complex, the more I learn, the more I learn that I don't know. I guess that's true with most things. I hope everyone had a lovely weekend. I went to Sam's family's cabin in the mountains. It was a fantastic amount of lounging, eating, and drinking in the glow of candlelight and the wood stove. I don't know what this means, but I love anything that gets me a 1 minute break from writing my paper.

I just finished my reaction paper for my Intro to Women's Studies class tonight and I realized I only have one more due. Same story with my economics class. This is great news because I've had one due basically every week since the semester began for both classes. Now I just have to come up with an idea for my final project in Women's Studies.
