Old school Doctor WHO can be found here:

http://tvtorrents.com/

If you need an invite - not sure if you do or not let me know I can set you up with an invite.

Better read all the dos and don'ts in the FAQ's as they are a bit rules and regulations for members.

PS The Sarah Jane Adventures are now showing in the UK - available as torrents too.

PPS Good to hear you're getting yourself sorted.

PPPS Also have a look at The Legend of the Seeker, True Blood and Spooks. Spooks is a UK production in its 7th season about MI5 and I'm hooked.

Thanks so much for all the info! I've already been toying with the idea to watch the Sarah Jane Adventures and probably will shortly! I also found a bunch of Doctor Who audio books (with excellent sound effects) by accident while looking for the older eps, so yay for more.

Spooks sounds excellent and we're already watching True Blood. I haven't heard much about Legend of the Seeker, although I read Terry Goodkind during highschool. Whoo!

Spooks is very good high tech thriller as soap opera. Called MI5 in the States; it was running on one of the cable channels. I started getting it from Netflix to follow the continuity.

I want Sarah Jane's car!

PS: I've noticed that when you comment, you seem somewhat held-back with them. Please don't! I hope you feel completely safe in terms of commenting in this journal.

Besides which, I should send you an email. We haven't really chatted in a long time.

Man, I remember that whole 'phasing into' meds. it had it's ups and a lot of downs, but eventually you do come around to a sense of 'level-ness' if that makes sense...... Excercise is what kicked off the last part of 'phasing into' the drugs for me. Until then I was just constantly groggy, on the couch, or in the bed, with a bowl of potato chips or some other form of junk food. Summer sausage? Yes, please!

I think the exercise bit may be just what I need to kick myself into gear. I've been thankful whenever I have the energy just to go out on a walk or whatnot! Now I'm starting to at least be able to do things around the house more, and now I'm even thinking about decorating for Yule. Slowly. Oh, so slowly! I guess it helps to have a gradual change to your life, but I'm a bit impatient. :D

If you do get the Yule spirit around the house, please post some pix
to bring back some great memories of our togetherness in O. I know our friends who weren't there will want to see them too!

Don't worry - you're not alone - patience isn't a virtue of mine either. I'm an all or nothing and I want it right now sort of person. I don't do gradual very well :)

Remeron is what I'm taking. It scared me less than the other drugs, although I'm certainly not happy about the weight gain but that seems to be the case with most of these meds. My concern is that the meds are just treating symptoms and not the root cause, but I haven't a clue from where the root cause might be coming. I'm not feeling happier, but I'm not down either. Somewhere in the middle, where it seems just more blaze' than anything else.

Runaway train, more like it! Yeah, I haven't been having a very good time on this medication, to the point where I'm wondering if the damage it's doing is worse than the benefits. It's caused at least a 25lbs gain thus far, and for someone who's already emotionally fragile in terms of body image ... ack!

What was your luck with them? What concerns me is that no antidepressant is "better" than the others, which leads me to think that they really don't know what they're doing with these drugs except for playing and manipulating peoples' biochemistry. Of course, this week hasn't been a good week so my current analysis of it is a bit biased lol.

How are holding up?
