A BIG thank you to everyone who's been sending good energy our way of late. Seb's pet Crohn's has been acting up of late, causing all sorts of havoc and mayhem. We spent a couple of days in the hospital because of it, but we're back home now. We have some work to do in pushing some doctors around, but I'm hopeful we can get things taken care of

I remember once when I went all to pieces and discovered what a nice
shoulder you have to cry on. Do you remember what brought it on?
Anyhow, I have a pretty good idea that Seb has found that your shoulder is a good place to be in tough times. He is so, so lucky to
