So my upgraded license was delayed on account of my being on insulin. I've been playing the waiting game, first waiting for the waiver package to arrive, then gathering together all the require paperwork and doctor visits ... Now I'm waiting to see whether or not they think I should be approved to get the upgraded license, based on their review of

Holy crap, what a frustrating thing to get held up by. But with waivers and paperwork and whatnot all in order, it's gotta be just silly delays, I'm sure. :-(
