As some of you know I got a shot in the hip today. OUCH!! It actually didn't hurt that bad and it was numb for a few hours. But now, I am in so much pain. I guess I have bursitis. So a little stretching and medicine is in order. Hopefully it works as great as the Dr. says ( Read more... )

I hope your shot does work for you. Pain can certainly drag a person down physically and mentally. It was good to laugh in class tonight. I think we all needed it! Hopefully, we will all get some rest tonight.

How did you know that I would read your entry...right now...this morning...haha. Well you better just take the doctors advice and take it easy on the "exercise" that you are getting. (If you know what I mean!) You wild child..Hahaha. I hope your hip does get better for real though. That's a bad place to have pain. Oh and remember next time you go to the doctor not to wear...
