Buffalo Chicken Soup

I inaugurated my new Dutch oven last night with some soup that I can't wait to make again! The recipe has been sitting in my recipe-clippings binder forever. I was sorry I halved the recipe - we ate it all, so no leftovers. I'm so glad it's soup weather again. Please share your favorite fall soup recipes! :)

I'm having a hard time imagining the taste or appearance of that! Is it a creamy soup? Or just a milky-colored broth? Does it taste like buffalo wings?

Yay for the Dutch Oven! How did it work out for you compared to another type of cooking pot?

It's creamy! I know, it sounds a little weird. But it was soooo good.

I loved using it! It heated really quickly and evenly even on a low heat. I've also read that it makes food more flavorful somehow. I'm looking forward to making more stuff in it. :)

I'm seriously thinking about making this, but I'm afraid to show it to Matthew first to ask him what he thinks of it. He likes buffalo chicken and all of the ingredients, so he should like it... right? ;-)

YES! Do it! Evan loves it and he's a very picky eater. :) Just don't tell him what it is until he eats it.
