You could replace Oz with the UK (specifically Wales but anywhere will do) and that would still work.
And people wonder why I'm not proud to be British.

I think rural jokes are all like that - take a dig at the locals' expense. Specifically Wales? Suddenly I resolve not to eat any lamb or mutton imported from the United Kingdom!

Might be an idea! I live about 20 miles from the Welsh border, used to live in Scotland and went out with a guy from the Shetland islands - I got the worst of all worlds when it comes to sheep shagging!
