No, not quite Polish.
See, some similarly loony people and I organised a flashmob 'backward walk' down Princes Street last Saturday.
At the sound of the one o'clock gun, everyone involved walked backwards for (as it turned out) a whole block.

I had quite a lot of mixed responses trying to get people to join in on this:

I've always wanted to do a flash mob.

I'm sure people weren't surprised. It would have occured to them you were students and, as students go, backwards walking is pretty normal.

meh, Princes Street's usually full of tourists.. thenagain, anything and everything (weird/odd/surreal) seems to happen in Edinburgh.
