I really need to update what I've been doing the last year.
I think the last post I put in here was just after I came back from Tinkers bubble in January over a year ago!

Permaculture, Jasper hall style
I've been working for 7 weeks on a community that tries to grow food using permaculture. The community has about 20 adults and even more children, yet there are only 3 members who grow food, with the help of us volunteers of course.

It's been too long

made it to Tasmania
I've made it to Tasmania. I've done a little walking with my parents, seen an old friend Jack, done a shearing school for 1 and a half days, and now in freycinet bay holidaying. Tomorrow I will head over to Hobart :)

Living on Riverina
I'm now staying on a 5 acre property in Riverina. My main job is a woolhandler, and we went 2 hours away and stayed at an inn, while we shore some sheep. There were 10 shearers in total although not all sheared every day. We shore in two sheds.
