Oh my god the rosebowl was a tight ass game. I am very sad that USC didn't win. I'm not going to say that USC would have won if the ref didn't call out that one touchdown of the longhorns in the first half. Nope nope nope.

Last night I was at both Target and the grocery store during the game. When 80% or more of the population of your city is either in California at the game or glued to their TV screens to watch it, all wearing burnt orange, it is much easier to get through the aisles (unless you want sodas or chips -- those aisles were depleted and being restocked).

I am anxious to find out what the strip was like last night. After the first game UT won this season, our parish priest said he got no sleep because students were partying and honking up and down the strip until 3am (the church is at the southwest corner of campus, priest is new to the parish).

Golf cart! It needs a spiffy name, like Em's Chariot of Thunder or something. Also, I think you should grab just some random little stuffed toy or geejaw that you don't care about and duct tape it to the front.

I'm sorry I didn't email you last night. I totally spaced like a she-tard and forgot...Is Monday a good day to get lunch for you, because it's supah good for me. I was thinking that maybe instead of you having to walk a long ass way down from where you are in Universal to come meet me streetside, you could maybe get me a drive on, I could pick you up, and we could go get lunch at Panera or some sandwich joint or wherever. Just a suggestion??
