The first bike race of my year was last Saturday at Willow Park. I finished 2nd place out of 9 in my class, +40 seconds from the leader with a total time of 33:07 for 13.3 miles. Do the math on that and you get about 24 MPH average, but still, i was 15 seconds slower than last year. That wasn’t due to a lack of effort though, my heart rate ( Read more... ) -

I just went 90 fucking miles per hour down Oxford (the first block off Lakeshore) and HOLY SHIT was that sweet. 20 minutes later and I'm still having goosebumps because I was about to friggen die.
