Kelly, I don't think you will believe this, but here goes anyway: I went whale watching today in Ventura, but I got SO seasick that I was ralphing up the contents of my stomach from the past 60 days. so these whales are brazen, they come right up to the side of the boat and even go UNDER the boat for some reason (supposedly to "wipe the barnacles off their backs," but it's really because they're terrorist bastards). so I'm thinking boo-on-whales is really close to barf-on-whales, which is what I did. a lot. it was oddly satisfying. it made me feel better.
