Do you have Joy of Cooking ?
If you don't ... i'll type you the whole recipe... but basically it's a simple honey nut sweet bread. I replaced some of the sugar in the recipe with matcha powder and added cranberries...

We actually don't! It's funny, because it's such a canonical cookbook that I had to check and make sure.

Wow! That looks amazing! Did you use matcha powder, or some other form of green tea?

Trader Joe's used to have a green tea muffin mix I really liked, but then I moved to a country without Trader Joe's, and then they discontinued it anyway. This looks like it might be a good substitute! I'd love to try making something like this.

Yeah matcha powder. I reduced some of the sugar and replaced it with the powder (about 2 tbsps). It could have been a bit more green teaish tasting but with the cranberries I actually think this was the right amount...

i will add that this was the cheap matcha powder (I remember because I bought it) that is relatively high sugar content.
