There's a video being posted on the internetz of a soldier in Iraq actually taking a gun and shooting an HP printer to pieces because of HPs policy for charging to fix it

My partner works QA for the tech support lines for Whirlpool and we were both appalled by this guy's video. I saw it maybe a month ago or so, I think, and I thought he sounded like some sort of little entitlement princess. And who the hell would expect a personal printer to work in the middle of the desert, just like you said? LOL!

Yeah. My response to the video was a big "fuck you too" as well.

I don't think HP sells that unit as being battle hardened. I'm also tired of the entitlement these sorts feel they deserve. To top it all off, nothing is much worse than a tantrum-throwing imbecile with a gun.
