Useless f***ing paperwork

I am sick of being asked to jump through hoops (and my school is hardly the worst culprit - we do the least that we can and keep it as relevant as possible) and fill in ridiculous forms that benefit no-one; not teachers or kids. I really hope I am just having a bad day. Resignation is beginning to sound *seriously* appealing right now.

While I can't exactly sympathise from personal experience, I know from all the hell my Mum's been through that you're nowhere near alone on this one. I scream with and for you.

You do a bloody amazing job, which I for one definitely couldn't do, and it's ridiculous that you should be expected to be a bureaucrat as well!

A bureaucrat wields the power of the red tape over others. This sounds more like being a bureaucrat's slave!

Thanks! I try not to complain too much about teaching as a career because I chose it knowing it would be difficult and sometimes a bloody pain in the arse. However, I just walked (late - had another meeting) into a staff meeting to be faced with the reality of half a dozen new things that I will need to get my head around and sort asap.
