Around Mid May this year I went away on a work rewards trip for selling a particular company. We went away for 6 days up to the most amazing place in Australia. Now I can say that as I have covered this country a fair bit with my work ( Read more... )

I am still overweight. I did lose about 7 kg though. But i would like to lose another 10 to 15kg to be healthy

I was thinking how much weight you look like you'd lost, and then I saw Max's comments... so I'm not the only one. Thankfully, you haven't lost TOO much (it scares me when bearish guys go TOO far!), and you look GREAT!

And thank you SOOOO much for posting some pictures - I haven't seen you for ages, so it was nice to see you having such a great time! :-)
