So yeah, it's noon, and I'm not sleeping yet. Tried it. Stared at the ceiling for like an hour and a half, and now I'm back on the computer again. Got too much shit on my mind to sleep. I don't expect anyone to say anything...if this happens (which still is far from definite) I guess it's a decision I'm just going to have to make on my own.

You read that one LJ I wrote about you guys...... I mean what I said. It won't matter how far you go, you're apart of our lives and you just don't let go of that. No matter what.

You'll do what you have to,be it good or bad. Just know that NO MATTER WHAT, we got your back in any decision you make.

See if we were just friends and stuff I'd be like "Well, it would suck to see you go but at least you'd get out of this dead-end town." but we're not just friends, we're also band-mates. We are on schedule to start playing shows in 2 months. We already have fans who have only heard the demo and never saw us play live. I'm anticipating the reaction we'll get once we start doing live shows. If it's good, we could continue to get bigger and who knows...I don't see any reason why we couldn't end up like Chimaira in an opening slot for Slayer in the future touring the country. I mean there's a lot of issues I'd have with that too (leaving behind the girlfriend thing..), but that's all irrelevant to this at the time being.

This is why I don't know what to say.

I will give you this much advice, it is somewhat decent. No matter what you decide, don't second guess it, because it will eat at you until you say fuck it and go try the other way. If you decide to leave, then don't dwell on it or try to live in the past. If you decide to stay, don't sit and think what could of happened if you had went with them. Do what you gotta do and don't look back on it, and keep in touch with everyone. They will help you through your ordeal.

Is it possible to move most of your stuff with your family, and find someone who you can rent off of really really cheaply for a few months, until you can do that touring/bunch of gigs thing? That way you could stay in the area, live fairly minimally so you aren't tied down with a bunch of personal stuff, and stick with the band to see how that works out. Your problem then is to find someone to live with who won't charge you tons.
