Hiya Boogey. Good to hear from you. The big question is, has your apartment got a Bunny skywalk?

Hi Boogey ( & Bernie ),

I'm Billy, and I'm just looking after Bella & Greta's journal on a temporary basis - well maybe for a couple of months or so.

B&g always loved to hear from you - so try to keep in touch more often.

And I'm going to vote for Rabbit Skywalk for next weeks Bunny Tune - so try and make sure you vote too ?

Good to see ya Boogey! I do like the way you have your apes trained so well.

Hey Gus Gus! Yeah that's what my mom does. Melcrum does consulting and training in internal/employee communications. Where does your Mama work?

She works for AgustaWestland Helicopters (the Westland bit is British), so an Italian Anglo company but also has main sites in Poland and America. AgustaWestland is owned by Finmecannica an Italian Company.

The training is being done by an Italian company (are you getting how it is going :) )

So they are being taught how to use modern communications more effectively to reduce travel, and also more impawtently the information overload that it can create. But in there as well is cultural differences which is the most difficult to overcome.

Her least favourite is Office Communicator which drives hur mad and has it switched off most of the time and the webcam pointed at a picture of me so she can get on with werk.

If we can help you with anything let us know, the training was interesting (and Mum was a trainer befur working for a helipopter company) but as you know there is many things that influence communication.

That is interesting!!

Right now their big quarterly project at work is a study on digital communications, so stuff like intranets, mobile apps, etc.

They have had several clients, like a big railroad company here called CSX who's main challenges were a much older workforce who didn't check E-Mails, have smartphones, and yet were very mobile, so hard to communicate with. Then she had another at Shell, who used to send out 300,000 messages a year via E-Mail. The guy there created an algorithm that measured how many of the messages were actually getting through to his employees, and cut the E-Mails down to 3,000!

It's all good stuff. Mom loves it there, and has tons of info on random things if we could help you too!
