Project Red (Hopefully)

Got news from my Mum today that we're repainting all the walls in my house! (Y)

They didn't consult me at first, and HENG I had dinner with them today and found out they were going to paint all the room walls blue.. zz

I then took the catalog and the first thing I saw was my favorite color - RED!

red will make your room very very dark .. and of course causes it to look small.. if you do not mind that then remember to put bright lights to bring out the red.. else it will just look darkish...
see the lamp in the photo above.. without it, the red will not look nice..
or maybe you can think of using a lighter colour for one side of the wall.. maybe the side where the head of your bed is on..
and you parents will allow you to use the red as seen in the photo above?

anyway, if i paint the head of my bed wall there a lighter color, wld it be awkward? cos normally i hear is accentuate a particular area, like my toilet pipes are bright orange. haha.

anyway my mum is alright.. my dad is.. ergh. but i told them living room we can choose together la.. but individual room.. shld tell ur style/personality.. then he nvr say much le. hahaha

anyway my room no ceiling lights... so i'll prob go ikea buy more white lights.. and see where i can put/drill/etc

Yes it will make the room very dark unless you have strong lights.

You can match with little plastic plants with the color though :)
