It's good to be honest, especially in this situation because it sounds as if this whole thing has been stressful for you and Noelley! Good luck finding a new roomie. You guys should move to Portland. Then I would come live with you.

if the Portland Art Institute had a BFA, and I didn't have a scholarship that obligated me to go to the Art Institute of Seattle, I'd be there.
