Amazon is Banning Books, So I'm Banning Amazon!!

After following the AmazonFail all day, I wrote the following opinion column for my school newspaper

When the story first broke, I almost refused to believe it - I've been a satisfied customer of Amazon's for quite some time now, happily purchasing book upon book with alacrity. And now I'm just really, really appalled that things like this have to tarnish some of the recent progress of the LGBT community.

Bravo on the article, though. Well-written stuff.

Thank you for speaking up and writing this entry. I would have never heard about it/figured out what's going on otherwise. I can't believe Amazon--did they just expect people to go along with it?
